The Sales Respresentative 

 We’re growing our Sales team, and we are thrilled to welcome new members in various locations across the country. We are seeking sales professionals with a proven track record of success in acquiring new business and growing a current book of business. The ideal candidate will be driven, organized, and possess the natural ability to build rapport and trust. We are looking for individuals who balance a strong sales drive with a customer-service mentality to create loyal, satisfied partners.

Wrktrl partners with businesses of all sizes to help them enhance their hiring processes. As an Account Manager, you will work with various businesses to onboard their teams onto the Wrktrl platform. Your role will involve understanding the needs of these businesses to effectively communicate Wrktrl’s value proposition. You will manage the ongoing relationship with each new business partner while continually seeking to add new clients to your book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of business accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships to expand their use of the Wrktrl platform. 
  • Engage and ramp up relationships with existing business partners through a consultative sales process, interacting with 200+ clients per quarter.
  • Keep business partners and all active contacts informed about new product developments and best practices to maximize their use of the Wrktrl platform.
  • Persuade additional decision-makers within a business to join Wrktrl.
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline to meet company goals.
  • Deliver comprehensive product demos and address technical inquiries.
  • Contribute accurate record keeping and notes to a team-wide CRM.
 
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a sales role, with at least 2+ years managing businesses and carrying a quota, focusing on net-new acquisitions.
  • Previous experience in selling subscription-based software technologies (SaaS), other software products, or financial services products.
  • Experience working with small businesses and channel and reseller sales partnerships, preferably within the HR or recruiting space.
  • Top-performer with a history of consistently exceeding quotas in a high-volume and high-velocity environment.
  • Enjoys wearing multiple hats and inspiring team members to excel.
  • Excited to help shape the foundation for the Wrktrl Sales team.

Compensation

Earn $102,000 to $125,000, per year depending on experience and expertise.
